April 2, 1934

1934 April 2 Monday

Bright and nice until late p.m. clouded and threatening to storm. A N.E. wind. I wrote letters in early a.m. then made a small piece of butter by using mixing-spoon, then took a bath, ate dinner, got ready to go to Valentine where I got a Osteopathic treatment from Dr. Estelle A. Wise, on return at dark Sophie had supper ready. I wiped dishes, went to bed. Will helped chore and Roy Chauncey brought Elmer’s pick-up so Will took him home and then he and I went to Valentine. Elmer gave stock their usual feed of hay from big-stack. Ben came via Store, ate dinner, soldered the botler [?], got a pole for tongue in his disc.
