Cloudy and wind in N.W. until mid-day began to clear and again late p.m. was some snow then cold but before bed-time was clear. Fritz did the usual work and Noble Moore came so he and Noble went to the store and Fritz left his car at Armbruster and Gehlsen Garage to have a knock taken out, then he and Noble walked home and Fritz chored. Sophie did the necessary [work] and mopped front room and helped me with dough-nuts in eve, also she fixed Jello. I finished bloomers for self read mail, slept in p.m. and played solitaire.
