March 19, 1926, Friday
Was bright and N.W. breeze and a little chilly but out of wind nice and warm. Will went with George Smith to his old place at Wagners and got a truck load of machinery and [was] back here for lunch, then Smith went home. Will and William went down the river hole and got 47 nice fish, in eve[ning] William went to look for ducks. Louise to school and in eve [she was] surprised to see fresh fish. Fred Menz here and went to the store and home via school-house. I did only ordinary work.
