November 12, 1923

Yesterday was Armistice Day. Today is cloudy and cold N. W. wind at times bright and evening brighter. Rowland went to look for boys and I came down on Buck to Milk cow and feed calf. Jake, William Whiting, Rowland Wilcott, Antoine Cutchall and Will came in from Jake’s in evening. Jake and Will broke down near Carter Sat. evening, so all were a time coming.
