November 9, 1925, Monday
A beautiful warm fall day. Will, Glen McEachran, Hugh Smith rounded in Smith cattle and McEachran horses. Glen went home in p.m. with them, and Will and Mr. Smith finished gathering Smith cattle in the p.m. Louise went to school, and came home in evening and gathered cobs. I did only ordinary work, fixed chicken and cherry pie.
